For registration purposes and to ensure communication between the user and their contacts, the user must provide a name (including a pseudonym) and a username (nickname), as well as a valid email address.
The name is visible to all users on the profile page, even if the profile details are not displayed.
The email address is used only to notify the user; it is not displayed anywhere.
The display of the user account in the server directory or the global directory is based on the user’s settings; it is not strictly necessary for communication.
This data is necessary for communication and is transmitted to the communication partners' servers, where it is stored. Users may provide additional personal information, which may also be transmitted to the communication partners' servers.
Registered users can export their user data at any time from their Account Settings.
If a user wishes to delete their account, this can be done at any time at https://metal.metalliverse.de/settings/removeme (No refunds; see "Terms of Use").
Account deletion is permanent. The deletion of data is also requested from the nodes of communication partners.

When you select PayPal as your payment method, your order details (name, address, email address, purchase price) will be transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.

We use the payment service Stripe, provided by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland. The data you enter during the checkout process is transmitted to Stripe in encrypted form. Stripe is responsible for processing the payment and verifying the payment method.
